Harnessing the power of tribal leadership

Informally developed 'tribal councils' mould the shape of innovation in a workplace context, argues David Logan in the TED talk below on the concept of 'tribal leadership'.

The key to successfully fostering innovation, Logan claims, is to understand how tribal leadership plays out and to harness its power through positive message making.
