The comments follow a recent case in which a franchise operator who repeatedly swore at a staff member over pay slips was fined $12,000 for his behaviour.
However, Employers First claims the case is an example of political correctness gone mad with the group's Garry Brack saying a no-swearing rule at work is unrealistic.
