Podcasting - a series of pre-recorded interviews or discussions - can be used for news updates, customer relationship building, branding, public relations messages and internal communications.
According to Le Mesurier the main benefit of this process is the ability to build customer loyalty; it's claimed if you consistently provide good content, customers will keep your brand 'top of mind'.
