Employer groups have given their approval to the use of behaviour evaluating software that monitors workers' brain signals, breathing, heart rate, blood pressure and facial expressions.
The Courier-Mail says the patent pending Microsoft program – known as the Monitoring System 500 – has the potential to reveal whether a worker is stressed, frustrated, productive or lazy.
Microsoft says the software could be used to ease the problem of stress at work or to compare the productivity of workers in order to determine the best person for a promotion.
Chris Rodwell of the Australian Industry Group believes there is a place for monitoring systems in our workplaces provided the software was, "carefully controlled and explained to workers".

It is a very interesting software and i was amaze it is good to know that this kind of software does exist can you imagine a monitoring software that can determine if an employee is stress or frustrated. Also it can also determine who is the best person for the promotion is. I would be interested if this software would come out to market soon. I've been also using an employee monitoring software but it is a screen monitoring software to be precise and it is not as advance as this one. This software is design for improving employee productivity and it is not intrusive it also helps me to get motivated to work.
