As a leader to over 3000 employees, Paul believes anything is possible, and recognises the impact you can have on peoples' lives both at work and at home.
 
Paul is responsible for the passenger rail network in Queensland, from the 143 Station Citytrain Suburban Network, to the Traveltrain business - linking regional communities in Queensland and is famous for the Tilt Train, The Sunlander and Spirit of the Outback to name a few.

Since 2008 Paul has restructured and reenergising the business, implementing an 'employer of choice' strategy that has yielded significant cultural gains.

A natural leader, Paul's direction has seen an increase in both customer and employee satisfaction levels, as well as a profit increase of 15% for the business within the last year, despite challenges facing the organisation.

As the sole director, Jayne is passionate about sports podiatry and continues to treat many renowned professional athletes. Through her career, she has worked at four Olympic Games and was Queensland's only Olympic podiatrist at the Sydney Olympics in 2000.
